Luke has spent his working career advising governments, regulators, corporations, and NGOs on aspects of corporate strategy and public policy.
He most recently worked as a management consultant in the Chicago office of McKinsey & Company. There, he served served clients in a range of sectors, from life sciences through to financial services, before specialising in health and social care.
Before working as a management consultant, Luke worked in communications for a leading NGO, and held postdoctoral research fellowships at the University of Chicago and Duke University, examining the relationship between economic behaviour and religious belief.
Luke holds degrees in Classics from the University of Cambridge.
